Agnieszka Rupniewska – President of the Management Board

A lawyer and manager experienced in managing organisations in the industrial, energy, private and public sectors. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed postgraduate MBA studies.

During her career she has held management and director roles in industrial companies and led legal departments in the energy sector. Her experience includes investment project management, operational process development, organisational restructuring and implementation of solutions supporting business efficiency.

As President of the Management Board of Fabryka Przewodów Energetycznych S.A. in Będzin, she is responsible for managing a company with a long industrial tradition, specialising in copper and aluminium conductors for the energy, railway and automotive sectors.
